The food was good the service was good, the building is nice a little dated but I like it, the only think I didnt like was the price, it's not super expensive but $16 to add on to a meal a very lacking salad bar was a little high. Also our bill had an added plate that never ordered or got but I didn't notice till after we left.

'Twas the Night Before Christmas with fun to be had, by a Grams, and Grandpa, two Moms and two Dads. A teenaged granddaughter and her two youngest siblings, along with a cousin, who will turn 5 with a small fling . Our family had not dined at a Claim Jumper in YEARS, as the two closest to us; Puente Hills and Brea, have been closed for some time. We found ourselves near the Rancho location after enjoying a fun family activity at Logan's Candies in Upland. We made a reservation for 10 people at 4:30, giving us ample time to caravan to the restaurant after our candy making demo. We were an hour early! The manager, David, was gracious and accommodating from the get-go and assured us our table would be ready by 3:45. Deborah, our server, assisted by her auxiliary wait staff, was patient and attentive. She put the little girl's orders in with our apps so that they were fed and occupied as quickly as possible, allowing the adults to visit and enjoy our delicious meals. She explained the menu and all its options. Several of us opted for the combo meals, and all agreed they were delicious. While we were too full for dessert, we could not pass up the opportunity to grab a piece of motherlode chocolate cake, as well as a piece of carrot cake , to go and to enjoy with our Christmas meal tomorrow. Thanks again, to the friendly, professional staff at the Rancho Cucamonga location. At this point in the year we are all hanging on, trying to make it to the finish line. Our dinner was incredibly enjoyable and we felt relaxed and taken care of

We came here Thursday night and their food was delicious as always; especially their loaded mash potatoes. It was our first time coming to the Rancho Cucamonga location, normally we always ate at the Monrovia location before they closed that location. They also have a salad bar for $14.99.

We haven't been here in a while but I was craving the Black Tie Pasta and a Mai Tai. So I already knew my order when we sat down but I looked through the menu to see what was new. They did have some new items and expanded their steak menu based on what I remember, but nothing changed my mind on my order. The Mai Tai was maybe a little sweeter than I remember but still very strong and tasty so I ordered two! My wife got one but changed to a Long Island Iced Tea for her second because the Mai Tai was too sweet for her. We started off with a spinach artichoke dip to share and it was amazing. I'm not always a fan but my wife wanted it and I'm happy she did. Granted it filled us both up so we should have got the small version. Claim Jumper! What in the Heck did you do to my Black Tie Pasta? It use to have a good helping of Cajun style blackened chicken in creamy sauce. This was grilled chicken with Alfredo pasta sauce. Don't get me wrong it was still really good and I enjoyed it but not what I was hoping for. Will I come back for it again? Yeah probably. My wife debated on what to get and chose the BBQ Chicken Pizza. She said the BBQ sauce was a little spicy and made the pizza interesting but she didn't seem a fan of the uncooked red onion. I thought they were great but I love onions. My wife asked for pizza peppers and cheese which Victoria brought little containers of fresh ingredients. Nice touch! We finished off the meal with a carrot cake which I asked our server Victoria to bring in a to go box as we had no room left to eat it all but it was amazing! Overall, Victoria was great and kept making sure we had what we needed. I would say a five star experience but I have to knock off a star for the 3% surcharge. I know why it started but just raise the prices of the meals if you want that extra dollar.

I used to go to a local claim jumper on a regular basis, but it unexpectedly closed even though it was always busy. The food here is basically Marie calenders, on steroids. The portions are huge and comforting. It's not a place where they list the caloric count on the dishes (thankfully). I usually get the country fried steak. It's awesome.

Love coming here for happy hour. During the week there has never been a full bar when I have been here. Also found out they have happy hour on the weekends as well! My favorite drink is the lemon drop. Appetizers are so cheap you can try them all. The one I always order is the lemon pepper zucchini! However the spinach dip and calamari are also great options. They also have the cheese bread on the regular menu so you can get a half order and its also like $5 bucks. This time we had to try the dessert and we had the pecan butter cake and it was delicious!

Great dining experience! We went in on a Saturday afternoon for happy hour (HH) (3pm-7pm)! The weekend happy hour is much different than the Monday - Friday. The variety is not as much as the weekdays, however, we made it work. We ordered the Platter ($23) (not on HH menu) with lemon zesty zucchini, loaded potato skins, mozzarella sticks, and artichoke dip with chips. EVERYTHING FRIED ....#YUMMERS!!!! My potato skins were not as hot as everything else, which was disappointing. For libations I had a Girls Night Out ($12.50)! Delicious ! The hubster had a CJ Margarita ($5 HH). He enjoyed his as well. Our server, Juanmartin, was the best! He was knowledgeable about the menu as well as attentive. Warning : The restaurant has a "3% upcharge to satisfy the increase in everything!" It's based on your bill total which isn't that much. I normally have an issue with the "upcharge," however it was only $1.42 which we really didn't notice anyway!
